Teaching Personnel is seeking passionate individuals for the position of Apprentice Teaching Assistant. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's education while earning £13.75 per hour. You will receive training and professional development, and work towards a Level 2 qualification in Teaching Assistance. Ideal candidates will have a keen interest in education, GCSEs in Maths and English, and a desire to support pupils' learning.

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Apprentice Teaching Assistants to support schools across Lancashire, including Primary, Secondary, and SEN (Special Educational Needs) provisions .

What We're Looking For:
Applicants must be 18 years or older .
GCSEs in Maths and English ( minimum requirement)
Some experience working with or supporting children (desirable but not essential)
A full, enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
A genuine interest in working in education and supporting pupils' learning and development
