This is an ideal role for someone looking to gain experience in a school setting, particularly if you're interested in progressing into teaching, SEND support, pastoral care or educational psychology.
As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will:
This position provides a comprehensive introduction to working in education. You'll receive regular feedback and have opportunities to attend CPD (continuing professional development) sessions and shadow experienced staff. You will also have the ability to take on training through our free and comprehensive suite of online development training courses.
