The Pilgrim School in Lincolnshire seeks a dedicated apprentice to support secondary age pupils in an alternative setting. Training toward a Level 3 qualification, the role suits someone who has recently left FE and prefers a vocational route over university.
You will join an established team and receive extensive CPD opportunities. Placements are offered in pupils’ homes and at three bases (Lincoln, Boston & Horncastle).

The Pilgrim School has an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in supporting secondary age young people in the classroom in an alternative setting. The apprentice would be training towards the Level 3 qualification and would suit someone who has recently left Further Education and wants a different route rather than university. The Pilgrim School has an established and highly effective team of permanent members of staff. The successful candidate will be supported and provided with a range of CPD opportunities.
The Pilgrim School provides lessons in both pupils’ homes and three main bases (Lincoln, Boston & Horncastle) throughout Lincolnshire. Pupils who receive education support are diagnosed as medically unfit to return to school or have social/communication or mental health difficulties which make school attendance difficult.
