Home Group is offering Health and Social Care apprenticeships that let you earn while you learn and gain a recognised qualification. You’ll work toward a Level 2 Adult Care Worker qualification over 15 months, joining a supportive team where your development matters from day one.

You’ll have a mentor, protected study time, and paid study arrangements, with a clear path into permanent roles. No prior experience required, just motivation and values aligned with ours.

Our apprenticeships are open to all ages and backgrounds, whether you’re starting out, changing direction, or returning to work. However, we are unable to offer a CoS for this role.

About the role

You’ll work towards your Level 2 Adult Care Work qualification over 15 months, learning on the job as part of a supportive team. From day one, you’ll be a valued team member, getting stuck into meaningful, hands‑on work and supporting your colleagues. You’ll take on real responsibilities while building your skills and confidence with the right support around you. You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check and we pay for that.

You’ll learn how to:
