Job summary

Qualifications

• 7 GCSEs (9-4 / A-C) including maths and English

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical investigation and support for software issues.
• Assist senior developers in diagnosing defects and support requests.
• Learn debugging across FreshTrade ERP applications and APIs.
• Gain experience with databases and running queries.
• Support testing activities and user acceptance testing.
• Contribute to enhancements and maintenance with guidance.
• Maintain documentation of incidents and technical procedures.
• Build skills in development platforms and lifecycle processes.
