Job summary

Superdrug is looking for an Apprentice Sales Assistant in Potters Bar. You’ll be at the heart of the action—serving customers with a smile, sharing Star Buys, and helping everyone leave the store feeling great.

Your training will take place in-store over the first 12 months, leading to a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship. There’s brilliant training and real opportunities to progress as you gain experience and confidence.

Qualifications

• A positive mindset & clear communication skills
• Passionate about health & beauty and customer service
• Desire to learn and improve your knowledge/skills
• Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change
• You have a grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths
• You are not currently in any form of education, and you are available for full time shifts
• You HAVEN’T completed a Retail Apprenticeship before
• You are eligible to work in the UK
• You are brand new to retail

Responsibilities

• As an Apprentice Sales Assistant, you’ll be right at the heart of the action—serving customers with a smile, sharing our amazing Star Buys, and making sure everyone leaves feeling great!
• You’ll help keep the store looking its best and fully stocked, while playing a key role in smashing store targets.
• It’s a hands‑on, fast‑paced role that’s never boring and packed with chances to learn. We see our Apprentice Sales Assistants as future Team Leaders, and we’ll give you everything you need to grow—with brilliant training, and real opportunities to progress.
