Job summary

EE is offering a Full-time Sales Apprenticeship with an hourly rate of £11.55. You will join EE Contact Centre at Stanford House Birchwood WA3 7TH, starting a 15-month NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service, with ongoing training and support.

You will speak with customers over the phone, recommend EE products, and build relationships while working towards targets. The program includes uncapped commission, great discount packages, and a path to grow your career within EE.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; attitude and willingness to learn are valued.
• NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service offered after completion of the apprenticeship.

Responsibilities
