Job summary

EE is offering a Full time Sales Apprenticeship at the EE Contact centre, Stanford House Birchwood WA3 7TH. The role starts with an hourly rate of £11.55 and a pathway to a higher salary as the program progresses.

You will complete a 15-month NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service, with one dedicated study day a week and guidance from college tutors. A strong emphasis is on learning and growth within EE.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; great attitude and willingness to learn.
• Training provided with full support.
• NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service upon completion of apprenticeship (15 months).

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers over the phone, understand needs, and recommend EE products and services.
