EE Contact Centre in Merthyr Tydfil is offering a Full-time Sales Apprenticeship with an initial hourly rate of £11.55. You will interact with customers by phone, learn to recommend EE products, and work toward an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service over 15 months with study days and tutor guidance.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; attitude and willingness to learn are valued.
