Job summary

Savers is looking for an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. Training happens in-store over the first 12 months, with no college days, and ends with a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship. You’ll be supported by your team and a tutor as you learn on the shop floor.

You’ll help customers, work as a team, and become the hero in-store who keeps standards high and shares the Savers smile. The role offers 28 days holiday, sick pay, wellbeing tools, and clear progression to future

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C (or equivalent).
• Not currently in full-time education and available for full-time shifts.
• Haven't completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
• Eligible to work in the UK and brand new to retail.

Responsibilities

• Complete in-store training over 12 months for Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.
• Support team and deliver excellent customer service.
• Engage with customers and represent Savers in-store.
