Job summary

Savers is recruiting an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant to join the team. Training will be in-store over the first 12 months to achieve the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship. You’ll be supported by your colleagues and tutor to develop skills, help customers, and grow with the team.

In this fast-paced environment you’ll learn stock handling, customer service, and store standards while connected to your local community and earning progressive opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or equivalent.
• Not currently in education and available for full-time shifts.
• No Retail Apprenticeship completed previously.
• Eligible to work in the UK and new to retail.

Responsibilities

• Complete Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship with in-store training over 12 months.
• Support store team and maintain high store standards.
• Engage with customers to deliver Savers smiles and ensure a positive shopping experience.
