Job summary

Superdrug is seeking an Apprentice Sales Assistant to be at the heart of the action—serving customers with a smile, sharing our Star Buys, and ensuring everyone leaves feeling great.

Your training takes place in-store over the first 12 months with no college days, followed by a discussion of your experiences and progression toward a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship. You’ll be supported by your team and tutor throughout.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths grade 4/C (or equivalent).
• Not currently in education, available for full-time shifts.
• Hasn't completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Brand new to retail.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and share Star Buys.
• Keep the store looking its best and fully stocked.
• Help smash store targets.
• In-store training for 12 months with progression discussions.
