Job summary

Superdrug is hiring an Apprentice Sales Assistant in Scotland with 39 hours per week. The role is hands-on, fast-paced and focused on serving customers, stocking shelves and promoting Star Buys. Training takes place in-store over 12 months, leading to a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship, with real chances to progress to leadership roles.

You’ll join a team that values great service, flexible shifts, and a supportive learning environment, with benefits and earnings visibility during training.

Qualifications

• Must have GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or equivalent (UK-wide).
• Not currently in full‑time education and available for full‑time shifts.
• Eligible to work in the UK and brand new to retail.
• No Retail Apprenticeship completed previously.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and promote Star Buys.
• Keep the store neat and fully stocked and help hit store targets.
• Participate in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and learn on the job.
• Progression to Team Leader through structured training and support.
