Superdrug is offering an Apprentice Sales Assistant position at The Potteries Centre, Hanley. You’ll serve customers, share Star Buys, and help keep the store stocked while aiming to hit daily targets.

You’ll train in-store for 12 months toward a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship, with no college days. You’ll be supported by your team and tutor as you grow into future team leadership roles.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (grade 4/C or equivalent).
• Available for full-time shifts and not currently in education.
• Brand new to retail and eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and promote Star Buys.

As an Apprentice Sales Assistant at Superdrug, you’ll be right at the heart of the action—serving customers with a smile, sharing our amazing Star Buys, and making sure everyone leaves feeling great!

You’ll help keep the store looking its best and fully stocked, while playing a key role in smashing store targets.

It’s a hands-on, fast-paced role that’s never boring and packed with chances to learn. We see our Apprentice Sales Assistants as future Team Leaders, and we’ll give you everything you need to grow—with brilliant training, and real opportunities to progress.

Your training will take place in-store over the first 12 months, so no college days and no homework! At the end of your training period, you will complete a discussion around your experiences and an observation of you performing your role. You will be supported throughout by your team and your tutor to achieve your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship

You qualify if…

• You have a grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths (national 4’s for Scotland)
• You are not currently in any form of education, and you are available for full time shifts
• You HAVEN’T completed a Retail Apprenticeship before
• You are eligible to work in the UK
• You are brand new to retail
