David Lewis is offering a Health & Social Care Level 2 Apprenticeship in Warford, Cheshire, in partnership with Macclesfield College. You will be paid from day one (£8.00/hour during apprenticeship) and trained to progress to a permanent Support Worker role (£13.46/hour) with enhancements on completion.

Thispaid apprenticeship includes a mentor, college learning, and a funded qualification, with career progression into senior roles within a leading charity that supports people with learning

Qualifications

• You are aged 18 or over and ready to learn.
• No previous care experience is needed—we'll teach you everything you need to know.
• You will study while you work and gain a national qualification.

Responsibilities

• Learn on the job under a dedicated workplace mentor.
• Gain practical experience assisting people daily in social care.
• Complete Level 2 Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship with Macclesfield College.

Salary: £8.00 per hour during your apprenticeship, and on successful completion: Progress to a Support Worker role earning £13.46 per hour plus enhancements.

Months 2–6

Develop The Knowledge And Confidence To Support People With

Months 7–12

Complete your qualification, build your confidence and prepare for your End Point Assessment while becoming a valued member of your team.
