Job summary

David Lewis is seeking an Adult Support Worker to join our Residential Cheshire campus. You will deliver person-centred support to adults with complex needs, help develop life skills, accompany them on meaningful activities, and work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes.

We offer full or part-time hours, a competitive salary (£26,347.40–£27,718.83 plus weekend enhancements), tailored training, wellbeing resources, and a warm team environment that feels like family.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and resilient, able to support adults with complex needs.
• Experience with challenging behaviours is a bonus.
• Full UK driving licence holder is required.
• Willingness to undertake tailored training in health and social care.
