Driver Hire Leeds West is seeking an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant. You’ll learn recruitment from the ground up, handling the full 360 process from candidate interviews to client liaison in a structured apprenticeship.

We offer £9–£12.71 per hour with a generous bonus scheme, 28 days holiday including public holidays, and an 18‑month Level 3 Recruitment Apprenticeship with training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm and the right attitude matter most.
• No prior recruitment experience required—training provided.
• Strong communication and professional demeanour are essential.
• Comfortable using IT, MS Office and social media.

Responsibilities

• Finding, interviewing and registering candidates, including licence and compliance checks.
• Visiting local businesses, developing relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
• Understanding clients’ staffing needs and matching suitable candidates to jobs.
• Managing job adverts, bookings and day‑to‑day staffing requirements.
• Keeping clients and candidates informed and building lasting relationships.
• Supporting marketing, social media and recruitment administration.
• Learning our out‑of‑hours procedures and participating in the on‑call rota when trained.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly team. No previous recruitment experience is needed — we’ll provide the training, support and practical experience to help you succeed.

What will you be doing?

This is a varied, hands‑on role covering the full recruitment process, known as 360 recruitment. You’ll develop both the people skills and commercial skills needed to build a successful recruitment career.
