Job summary

TrAC Futures is offering an enthusiastic individual a Level 4 Quantity Surveying apprenticeship in the construction industry. You will gain hands-on experience from day one, covering tendering through to final accounts, while working to maintain target profit margins.

The role provides a comprehensive insight into contracting from a commercial perspective, with training at Skills4STEM LTD and a start date planned for early January 2027.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English, Maths and Science (minimum grade 4/C) and CSCS (Pass).
• Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have; they can adjust the apprenticeship accordingly.
• GCSEs and CSCS are essential qualifications for this apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Learn the commercial side of construction and support quantity surveying tasks.
• Assist with tender documentation, contracts and final accounts under supervision.
• Support project cost monitoring, budgeting and documentation across live projects.
• Develop practical skills by working with experienced staff and progressing toward the Level 4 Quantity Surveying apprenticeship.
