Apprentice Property Maintenance Operative

Salary offered is dependent upon age, in line with government guidelines on apprenticeships. Please see below for breakdown of salary per age group:

Apprentice and Under 18: £15,704

18 - 20: £20,800

21 and over: £25,396.80

Role Overview:

As an Apprentice Property Maintenance Operative, you'll be an integral part of our maintenance teams. Through hands-on training, you'll develop skills in plumbing, carpentry, decorating, glazing, and grounds maintenance. Your primary focus will be supporting the teams in these tasks to uphold our properties' standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, decorating, glazing, and grounds maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and ensure proper storage.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals to gain practical insights.

Qualifications:

No prior experience required; we're seeking candidates with a genuine eagerness to learn and a strong interest in property maintenance. Reliability, motivation, and a cooperative spirit are essential.

Background Checks:
