The Rosary Nursing Home in Bridgwater, Somerset, is offering an Apprenticeship as a Property Maintenance Operative. You’ll learn on the job in a supportive, caring environment, building hands-on skills while contributing to residents’ daily comfort.

The Maintenance Apprentice programme offers 39 hours per week, a salary of £19,468.80 per year, and access to training and development opportunities within Sanctuary Care.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent qualifications), including English and Maths.
• If you are under 19 and do not hold the required GCSE grades, you will need to complete Functional Skills qualifications in English and Maths.
• Strong practical abilities and effective problem-solving skills.
• A willingness to take on hands-on, physically demanding work.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
