The Company

Our trade apprenticeship programme trains and develops our apprentices into the next generation of our trades, which is imperative to the success of our business. Our apprenticeship programme offers a fantastic opportunity to gain an industry recognised qualification as well as paid employment so you can “earn while you learn”. You will attend college on a day or block release basis and put your acquired knowledge and skills into practice “on the job” whilst working with your Trade mentor. On completion of your apprenticeship, you will be supported to progress into a permanent trade role within the team to continue your career and development journey. The Role
We are delighted to confirm that we are looking for an Apprentice Property Maintenance Operative to join our Birmingham City Council contract, working in Birmingham. Joining an established apprenticeship scheme, we will provide a clear plan around your development that will support you to succeed to your full potential. Assessment Centres will be held at our Birmingham office on March 26th or 27th 2025, however there may be other dates available. The start date will be September 2nd 2025, with a 2-day corporate induction at our Head Offices, in Hitchin, followed by further induction and training at the Birmingham branch location. The apprenticeship college course will commence shortly after your induction.
