We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Plumber to join our dedicated Building Safety and Compliance team. At Magna, our vision is to create great homes together. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop the following skills and advance your career in the Plumbing and Heating field as an Apprentice Plumber – Level 3. At Magna, you will work under the supervision of experienced supervisors and gain hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing Plumbing and Heating Systems in the following areas:

• Installation: Learn to install and service heating Systems.
• Repairs: Carry out day-to-day repairs, including fault finding and troubleshooting.
• Inspection and Testing: Inspect and test installations, ensuring they meet safety and compliance standards, and complete relevant certification.
• College Training: Attend a day release programme at a local college to enhance your theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
• Safety Training: Train in a safe environment adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Relationship Building: Develop great working relationships within a strong support network, giving you the opportunity to build your confidence and skills.

What you need to be successful:

• Ability to communicate professionally, follow direction and eager to learn.
• Self-driven, with excellent timekeeping and attendance.
• GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths, at C/4 grade or above.
