Job Introduction

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are looking to begin a career within the Parts department of the motor industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity if you want to pursue a career as an Automotive Parts Consultant and gain an NVQ/City & Guilds Qualification.

What You Will Be Doing

Your apprenticeship will be diverse and fast-paced. You will have regular meetings with your apprenticeship provider, complete coursework, and be a fully integrated member of our Parts Department.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Liaising with Workshop and other departments
• Stock control and parts ordering
• Using internal and external computer systems
• Achieving targets for upselling products and services
• Maintaining high customer satisfaction standards

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 am - 5:00 pm.

Who We Are Looking For

• Genuine interest in the motor trade
• Self-motivated with enthusiasm
• Excellent communication skills and positive relationship-building ability
• Ability to follow instructions and attention to detail
• Good IT skills
• Team player mentality
• Minimum grade C/4 in English and Maths, preferably in Science
