Trainee Parts Advisor Needed – New job just in!!

My client is a Main dealership who are looking to recruit a Trainee Parts Advisor.

Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday, every other Saturday 8:30am – 1pm

Location: Orpington / Bromley / Swanley

Working within a busy department, you will be focused on delivering a modern and efficient parts service. The main priority will be to maintain a high level of service to the Workshop to ensure Technicians remain productive, and to attend to Retail counter customers.

Trainee Parts Advisor Role:

• You will be working with a team that is thoroughly committed to delivering an excellent Parts service.
• You will need to be a strong all-rounder and understand all aspects of a parts department. From goods-in processes, parts identification, order processes, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns, and liaising with Service over parts-related matters.
• You will be customer-focused and able to prioritize your workload to meet Trade customer expectations.
• You have a good technical/mechanical understanding to assist your parts identification and up-sell techniques.

As a Trainee Parts Advisor You:

• Ideally have some experience as a Parts Advisor.
• This is a hands-on role, liaising with all departments.
• Possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team.
