An opportunity has arisen for a young dynamic and enthusiastic administrator looking to advance their skills and experience in business and administration.
The position is for an Office Assistant Apprentice and therefore you will be completing the Business and Administration Level 3 with West Nottinghamshire College.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing vital support to our Mansfield office. You will be working closely with the secretarial and reception teams who you might have to provide sickness or lunch break cover for.
In this varied position, your other duties will include:
Equally important are your multi-tasking abilities and team player mentality. Excellent telephone manner is also essential.
As an Office Assistant, you must possess good communication and organisational skills and have a keen eye for detail. A ‘can do’ attitude and a strong desire to learn are also key.
The candidate ideally should have knowledge of using Microsoft based office programmes and have the confidence of using email and Word.
Training will be provided in all areas, however, experience would be desired but not essential.

Salary: £6.00 per hour (Apprenticeship wage for year 1)
End date: 14/02/25
Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.00pm with an hour for lunch
