• Apprentices are paid according to the official apprentice wage structure .
• Pay increases may be reviewed as skills, qualifications and experience develop during the apprenticeship.

To succeed in this role, apprentices must:

• Commit to completing all required training and qualifications
• Be prepared to invest in and build their own tool kit over time
• Be able to travel to and from the workshop/site reliably
• Be clean, punctual, and professional
• Have parental/guardian support
• Show enthusiasm, reliability and a willingness to learn
