Job summary

Inotiv is seeking an Apprentice Maintenance Technician to join our Hillcrest site on a full-time basis. You’ll work with the maintenance team to learn how facilities, equipment and building services operate safely and efficiently, progressing toward becoming a qualified maintenance technician through on-the-job training and college courses.

Starting salary is £27,000 with 33 days holiday, life assurance and pension, plus optional private health options and wellbeing programmes.

Qualifications

• Interest in mechanical and/or electrical engineering.
• Practical skills with tools and equipment.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planned maintenance, servicing and reactive repairs.
• Learn to maintain HVAC and electrical systems.
• Support installation and repair activities under supervision.
• Follow health, safety and environmental procedures.
