Quartzelec is recruiting a CNC Machinist Apprentice for our Mill Road site in Rugby. This four-year programme combines hands-on machining in a busy shop with academic study toward a Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing & Engineering.
You'll learn to operate CNC machines, load materials, monitor production, and work with the programming office. The apprenticeship offers tailored training, mentorship, and real industry experience within a state-of-the-art facility.

Operating from our facility on Mill Road, Rugby, we manufacture and refurbish high-tolerance components to exacting engineering standards. Our machine shop supports both internal group requirements and external customers, delivering precision parts, complex turning projects and engineered solutions to meet demanding specifications.
Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a CNC Machinist Apprentice to join our team at our Mill Road site in Rugby.
This apprenticeship will provide hands‑on experience within a busy and varied machine shop environment, giving you the opportunity to develop practical machining skills while working towards a recognised engineering qualification.
