Vertu Volkswagen Leeds is seeking an Apprentice Light Vehicle Technician to join a bustling service team. You will learn by hands-on maintenance and repair across vehicles, while developing skills in diagnostics and customer service in a welcoming franchise environment.

The role offers Level 3 training at a Manufacturer training center, blocks of time away for modules, and a pathway to a long-term career with substantial benefits and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths/English and a second subject at grade 4/C or above.
• Passion for motor industry; be a team player with meticulous attention to detail.
• Manufacturer accredited qualification up to Level 3 in Automotive Repair with blocks of 1 week attendance per module.

Responsibilities

• Car maintenance and repair work, visual inspections on customer vehicles.
• Complete relevant documentation and work with System Technicians on complex tasks.
• Work as part of a busy team and uphold brand values and high service standards.
