Lancashire County Council is hiring an apprentice TA3 to support Early Years classes at Lancaster Lane Primary School and Pre School. The role focuses on Reception with possible duties in Pre-School and Year 1, under supervision and mentorship. DBS checks will be conducted as part of due diligence.
Salary is quoted as full-time equivalent with pro-rata payment for part-time hours. Proposed interview date: 09/09/2026. You must be legally entitled to work in the UK.

We are looking for recruit an apprentice TA3 to support in our Early Years classes. The role will predominantly support Reception but there may be opportunities to support in our Pre-School and / or Year 1 class too. We are an ambitious school and are going from strength to strength in our practice. We want someone who shares this ambition within a supportive and friendly team. You will be fully supported and mentored throughout the apprenticeship.
Please note that in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education 2025, an online search will be carried out as part of our due diligence on shortlisted candidates.
This position is part time, term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro -rata basis.
