Johns&Co in London is offering an Apprentice Lettings Assistant position in Nine Elms. You will learn the Estate Agency industry and gain a Level 2 Housing and Property Management Assistant qualification while working during normal hours.

The apprenticeship lasts 12 months with study delivered by a specialist firm and remote tutor support. You will also receive training from a leading property specialist to equip you with tools for success and opportunity for professional growth within the

• Clearing property access for new listings.
• Handle key cutting for properties.
• Answering incoming calls and transferring them to the team or taking messages.

How the Apprenticeship will work:

Your studies will be delivered by a specialist apprenticeship firm and you will be remotely supported by a highly experienced tutor and assessor throughout your journey and will be completed during work hours. The course duration is 12 months.

The Level 2 Housing and Property Management Assistant favours coursework and projects over the need for exams, focusing on the knowledge and competency needed to enable you to excel your career!

You will also receive additional training from a leading property specialist who will provide you with all the tools to succeed.
