Job summary

Fairhive Homes Limited is looking for a plumbing and heating apprentice to kick-start your career in our friendly property team. You will learn hands-on to install, service, maintain and repair domestic plumbing and heating systems, gaining experience with renewable technologies such as heat pumps and solar thermal.

This training leads toward Level 3 Plumbing and Renewables Technician, with dedicated study time and support from experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

• Motivated to learn plumbing and heating on the job.
• Willingness to train toward Level 3 Plumbing and Renewables Technician.
• Strong interest in renewable technology and safety practices.

Responsibilities

About the role…

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience, earn while you learn, and develop the skills needed for a rewarding career in a growing industry.

As an Apprentice Heating Operative, you'll work alongside experienced engineers, learning how to safely install, service, maintain and repair a range of domestic plumbing, heating and hot and cold water systems.

You'll also gain valuable experience working with renewable technologies, including heat pumps and solar thermal systems, helping us deliver more sustainable homes and support our commitment to greener communities.

Working towards your Level 3 Plumbing and Renewables Technician qualification, you'll receive dedicated study time, practical on-the-job training and support from experienced colleagues who are invested in your success.

Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll develop skills in:

• Plumbing and heating installation and maintenance
