We have a great opportunity to join us as an Apprentice & Graduate Programme Specialist. You’ll support the development and implementation of our Apprenticeship and Graduate initiatives by maximising the utilisation of The Apprenticeship Levy. You’ll do this through both internal and external sponsorships together with Levy gifting opportunities with our Charity Partners. This is a great time to be joining us! - Maximising utilisation of The Apprenticeship Levy - through both internal and external sponsorships together with Levy gifting opportunities with our Charity Partners.
- Programme Management - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of apprenticeship programmes, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Funding Management - Utilise knowledge of apprentice levy funding to maximize financial support for apprenticeship training and development.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with training providers, apprentices, graduates and internal teams to ensure effective communication and programme delivery.
- Compliance - Ensure all apprenticeship programmes comply with relevant regulations and funding rules.
- Reporting - Monitor and report on the progress of apprentices and graduates, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Support - Provide guidance and support to apprentices and graduates throughout their training, addressing any issues or concerns.
- Careers Fairs - Attending early careers fairs and events to promote opportunities within Evri
- Promotion - Promote apprenticeship opportunities within the business and externally to attract potential candidates.
We are looking for:
- Desirable: Relevant Training / L&D accreditation or qualification or a willingness to undertake.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in coordinating apprenticeship programmes or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of apprentice levy funding and supporting programmes.
- Keep updated of changes in apprenticeship levy regulations and best practices by attending workshops, webinars, and industry conferences.
- Join professional networks and forums related to HR and apprenticeship management to share knowledge and learn from peers.
- Knowledge and use of Conveya system.
- Quick to learn and evaluate innovative technologies.
- Highly organised and process driven.
- Able to work at pace to meet tight deadlines.
- Quality driven and initiative-taking who maintains a high standard of performance.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Pro-active, seeks people, information, problems and solutions.
- Flexible and energetic in approach.
- A passion for innovation, AI and technology, being open minded to innovative solutions, trends, technology advancements and process within the industry.
