Apprentice Gas Service & Repair Engineer

About the role

We are looking for passionate individuals eager to learn and develop into top-tier Gas Engineers. In this hands-on role, you will learn to service, maintain, repair, or upgrade central heating systems, playing a vital part in providing energy-efficient solutions to our customers.

You will start with a competitive salary of £17,850, which will rise to £43,733 upon qualification and consistent performance, with additional London weighting where applicable.

Requirements

• 4 GCSEs including Maths & English at grade C/4 or above or equivalent
• A CV demonstrating passion for learning a trade, mechanical or technical aptitude, and excellent customer service skills
• A full UK driving license with 6 points or less
• Availability for training at UK-wide academies, with accommodation and travel provided if needed

Location and recruitment details

We are recruiting across various regions in the UK, including Northern England, Midlands, Eastern England, Greater London, Southeast, and Southwest England. Start dates will depend on location, with applications ongoing throughout 2025.

Benefits

• Starting salary of £17,850, increasing to £25,485 at week 52, and typically £32,886 at week 104
• Post-apprenticeship salary of £43,733 plus bonuses and additional benefits
