Hewitt Robins International Ltd. invites applications for an Engineering Operative (Level 2) apprenticeship. The role covers assembling mechanical components, preparing and painting equipment, and assisting with testing, installation, servicing and maintenance across workshop and customer sites.
You will gain industry-recognised qualifications, learn engineering principles and manufacturing processes, and develop health and safety competencies under experienced engineers and technicians.
The apprentice will support the manufacture, assembly, testing, installation, and maintenance of screening equipment used within the quarrying and mining sectors. The role provides practical, hands-on experience across all stages of the equipment lifecycle, working under the guidance of experienced engineers and technicians.

The apprentice will develop knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, fault-finding techniques, and health and safety requirements while contributing to the delivery of high-quality products and services.
The apprenticeship will provide the opportunity to gain industry-recognised qualifications while developing the technical skills, behaviours, and competencies required for a successful career in engineering and field service operations.
