Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a Ruabon-based manufacturing company in their search for Apprentice Engineer.

For the successful Apprentice Engineer, our client is offering:

  • £13,182 per annum
  • Day positions - Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.15pm - Friday 4.15pm
  • Permanent role with a progressive company
  • Every second Friday off
  • Development opportunities within the company

The role - Apprentice Engineer:

  • Project Support: coordination of each stage of a new product introduction cycle from R&D to mass production
  • Confirming the performance and implementing changes in the design of current products
  • Involvement in continuous improvement activities around the factories, including recycling techniques and automation ideas
  • Ensuring adherence to rules and regulations for remanufacture and recycling of products

What our client is looking for in an Apprentice Engineer:

  • Completed or pursuing a Level 2 Diploma in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering or similar qualification ESSENTIAL
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, dedicated attitude with the ability to learn quickly and take ownership
  • Willingness to travel overseas on business ESSENTIAL
