Job Overview

We are seeking an apprentice Employer’s Agent / Quantity Surveyor in our Cambridge office to support our EA / Cost Management Team. You will provide construction cost and EA management services to clients across the UK and globally, engaging in all project stages from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-Contract: Cost planning, attending meetings, assisting in documentation, managing tenders, developing programmes.
  • Post-Contract: Managing activities, conducting meetings, valuations, financial reporting, and handling variations.

You will assist in all these tasks, gaining comprehensive project experience, with support for your academic and professional development.

Qualifications

  • 112 UCAS tariff points or equivalent (e.g., B-B-C A-Levels, DMM BTEC).
  • GCSE Mathematics & English at Grade 4/C or above.

Skills

  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Desire to work in construction/property industry.
  • Proactive, organized, good communicator, team player, professional manner.
  • Full UK driving license.
