Job summary

Durham County Council invites you to join its Apprenticeship as an Economic Development Administrator, based at Green Lane, Spennymoor. You will learn to deliver physical regeneration and support the retail sector while studying towards a Business Administrator Level 3 with DurhamLearn.

Responsibilities

  • Your day-to-day duties will include a range of digital, system, and ICT tasks related to a range of service functions.
  • You will be trained on all systems, processes, and procedures which apply to the role.
  • This will be via on the job, shadowing, and formal in person and virtual training sessions to gain knowledge and understanding of the role and scope of the service.
  • Your normal place of work will be Green Lane Spennymoor but you may be required to work at any Council workplace within County Durham.
