Pembrokeshire County Council is offering a Tenant Engagement Apprentice (Housing) role in Pembrokeshire. The 21-month apprenticeship combines hands-on work four days a week with one study day per week toward a Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship in partnership with Gower College Swansea.

You will join Housing Customer Liaison, supporting digital engagement and communications while gaining knowledge of housing services and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship candidate must be organised, reliable and eager to learn.
• Interest in digital engagement, social media and content creation.
• Basic IT skills and good communication.

Responsabilités

• Support operation of Housing Services' digital and social media platforms.
• Assist with maintenance and updates to the Council's corporate website.
• Help create engaging digital content for campaigns, communications and resources.
• Monitor digital and social media campaigns and provide performance data to managers.
• Provide administrative support across the Housing Customer Liaison Team.
• Explore ways to enhance the Council's digital communications.
