Job summary

Dentalcare Group is seeking an Apprentice Dental Nurse to join our supportive team. You will receive full training and support towards a recognised dental nursing qualification and GDC registration, with hands-on clinical and patient-facing experience.

You will work with clinicians across NHS and private treatments, help maintain infection control and records, and support reception duties as part of the apprenticeship programme.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists and hygienists during NHS and private treatments.
• Prepare and maintain clinical rooms in line with infection control standards.
• Decontaminate instruments and manage cross-infection protocols.
• Support patient care before, during and after treatment.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support reception duties when required, including patient communication and booking appointments.
• Participate in training and coursework as part of your apprenticeship programme.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Dental Nurse to join our friendly and professional team. You will work closely with clinicians and the wider practice team, gaining hands-on experience in both clinical and patient-facing duties.
