Rodericks Dental Partners is offering a training pathway to become a qualified Dental Nurse in a central, family-practice setting. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the practice, with mentoring from experienced clinicians and structured onboarding designed to support your qualification journey.

The role focuses on patient care, infection control, and chairside support, with opportunities for professional development within a nationwide practice group.

• Participate in training sessions and development activities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare, sterilise, and maintain dental instruments and equipment
• Help keep treatment areas clean and organised to meet strict hygiene standards
• Provide reassurance and support to patients before, during, and after treatment
• Complete coursework and assessments as part of your dental nursing qualification
• Participate fully in training sessions and development activities

Skills and Attributes We’re Looking For:

• A genuine interest in healthcare and patient care
• Friendly, caring, and approachable personality
• Comfortable working in a clinical environment, including procedures where you may see blood or surgical treatments
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• An understanding that you will be on your feet throughout the day!
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are desirable but not essential – enthusiasm and dedication matter most !
