Role: Dental Nurse

Provide efficient and reliable chair-side support to Practice Clinicians. Daily duties include:

• Reception duties, including answering phones and greeting patients
• Handling patient queries
• Processing payments
• Booking appointments and follow-ups
• Sterilising and preparing equipment for dentists
• Recording and managing patient records
• Supporting patient wellbeing and dental experience
• Cleaning dental areas, including chairs
• Managing stock of equipment and supplies
• Other duties to support dentists and the senior team in providing effective patient care

This role includes a Level 3 advanced apprenticeship accredited by City & Guilds, delivered nationwide through blended interactive e-learning, accessible from anywhere in the UK. Upon completion, the apprentice will be awarded a Diploma in Dental Nursing Level 3, approved by the General Dental Council for entry onto the professional register as a dental nurse. Functional Skills in English and Maths Level 2 are required unless already exempted.

Hours are within the Practice opening times:

• Monday to Saturday: 08:00 - 20:00
• Sunday: 08:00 - 20:00
