Job summary

Stellantis &You UK Hatfield is seeking an Apprentice Customer Advisor on a 2-year fixed-term contract. You will learn through our Performance Academy, gaining training online and in induction sessions.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, guiding customers through the journey, and supporting the team with new digital systems. No automotive experience is required; a passion for customer service and strong communication are key.

• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Good communication and organisational skills are essential.

Role Description

• Have a passion for customer service, every day.
• Guide every customer through the Stellantis &You UK Customer Journey.
• Communicate clearly with customers & colleagues.
• Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy.
• Propose and sell-up the additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process.
• Quote & sell Service Plans to retain customers to the group.
• Encourage customer satisfaction feedback via exit briefing & follow-up contact.
• You will also be the go-to person when the customer wants us to.
• Estimate repair costs and times.
• Resolve any concerns when we suggest repairs.
• Inform and update them on progress or additional works needed.
• Prepare and explain invoices and take payments.
