Qualifications

• Apprenticeships are delivered through work-based training with a mentor in the workplace.
• Functional Skills in English and Maths are provided if needed.
• Reviews every 12 weeks with the Apprentice, Line Manager and Lifetime Learner Coach.

• Prepare, cook and present food to spec and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Communicate clearly with your team to provide high-quality meals on time.
