Job summary

THE PIG at Harlyn Bay, Cornwall, is looking for Apprentices to join our Award-winning Chef Academy. You will work across all sections of the kitchen to gain a full understanding of each area and build a solid culinary foundation.

You will also take part in supplier visits, chocolate training, and bread making. The programme offers career progression with guidance from our training provider Umbrella and a 40-hour week (min 30 hours).

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship in professional kitchen with cross-section rotation.
• Training from Umbrella with clear career progression.
• Open to all ages.
