Job summary

N Family Club in London is seeking an Apprentice Chef to learn, cook and develop nutritious menus for nursery children in purpose‑built kitchens. You’ll be supported by a dedicated trainer, work 7am–4pm, and gain hands‑on experience while studying for a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh and inspiring food for children from 7am–4pm, Monday‑Friday.
• Develop and evolve the menu in a cost‑effective manner.
• Create snacks/dishes for all children, including those with dietary requirements.
• Promote healthy messages and ideas around food.
• Deliver best‑in‑class customer service and maintain positive rapport with children and parents.
• Monitor portions and waste to maintain profit margins.
• Ensure policies align with Environmental Health & Ofsted guidance and proper records.
