Job summary

N Family Club in London nurseries is offering a permanent apprenticeship as a Production Chef. You will learn to create balanced, nutritious menus for children, work in purpose-built kitchens, and be coached by a dedicated trainer either remotely or in the workplace.

You must complete a Level 2 Production Chef apprenticeship, receive paid holiday, DBS checks, and have opportunities for progression. Benefits include training funding, up to 32 days holiday, clothing allowance, and wellbeing

Qualifications

• Complete a Level 2 Production Chef apprenticeship standard.
• Regular one-to-one sessions with a trainer, remotely or on-site.
• Paid holiday leave during apprenticeship.
• Study 6 hours of your working hours; on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh and nutritious meals for children.
• Develop and evolve menus in a cost-conscious way.
• Create snacks/dishes for all children, including dietary requirements.
• Promote healthy eating messages to children and parents.
