Our new restaurant launched in June 2023 is the heart of the hotel dining and drinking experience.
It is a buzzy, fast-paced environment from morning to late, offering friendly and informal service in a landmark location.
Located on the ground floor, we provide a casual all-day destination with outdoor seating overlooking Hyde Park.
Our offerings include a breakfast buffet with live cooking stations, an all-day à la carte menu, and a signature afternoon tea. Our modern British approach, blending traditional and international flavors, creates a simple menu suitable for everyday treats, casual lunches, business meetings, or celebratory dinners.
As an Apprentice Chef with Hilton, you will work towards a Commis Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months in partnership with Westminster Kingsway College.
