As an apprentice, you will receive practical and professional training from the start, working alongside experienced colleagues and mentors who will support your development. Regular reviews with your manager, mentor, and tutor will help you track your progress and address any activities needed for your growth.
Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, and subject to vacancy availability and certain criteria, there may be an opportunity for a permanent role. However, this is not guaranteed.

We are seeking two confident and self-motivated individuals to join our Housing Operations team. You will study for Carpentry Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications, delivered via day or block release at college. This involves spending four days at work and one day at college each week, or a week at college and three weeks at work if using block release.
This role is suitable for those starting, progressing, or reskilling their careers. Basic experience or knowledge of the trade is advantageous. A good standard of Maths and English (GCSE 4/C or above) or the ability to gain a Level 2 Functional Skills qualification is required.
As part of the recruitment process, you will need to attend a trial day with one of our tradespeople and bring your own safety boots.
