Job summary

Bullen Developments Limited is offering an apprenticeship opportunity across property development and asset management, leading to a Building Control Surveyor integrated degree. The role is hands-on, working with Directors and seasoned staff.

The programme lasts four years with a 37.5 hour week, starting Monday 30 November 2026. Training includes on-site and college-based learning at UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF ESTATE MANAGEMENT.

Qualifications

• GCSE English (C/4) and Maths (C/4 or above) required.
• Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have.
• Apprenticeship includes training with a college or training organisation.
• At least 20% of working hours spent training or studying.

Responsibilities

• Assist in costing various refurbishment/development opportunities to judge project viability.
• Organise quotes for repairs and maintenance for property assets.
• Oversee small on-site projects (landscaping, signage, building works).
• Assist in end of lease dilapidation works on commercial properties with external surveyors.
• Help establish baseline information for undeveloped land, including ground investigations.
• Assist in assessing new property or land opportunities.
• Assist in pricing infrastructure projects.
• Maintain project trackers and report progress to Directors.
